As we go through life, we accumulate stagnant energies, entities, attachments, low energy, and low vibes from other people and from our environment. With a healing these are removed. However, it is recommended to have a healing done once a week. This only takes five minutes, but there is a lot being done to you on a spiritual level. Part of what I do is connect you to the Earth by grounding you. I also work on your chakras opening and clearing them. Then I do a body scan to make sure you don't have any attachments or entities and if you do they are removed. At the end of the healing, I do a quick protection over you. I always tell people they need to hydrate a lot more after the healing and if you feel the need to  lie down please do,  because you might be dizzy. It's all a part of what was removed. Some people have said they feel tired after but then the next day they feel amazing. Your eyes will be sensitive for about a week after the first healing and that is because your third eye will be open along with the rest of your chakras or your energy portals.
